If you are successful you will receive an invoice by e-mail or to your postal address if you do not have a registered e-mail address. You may also find your invoices at My pages. Payment and collection must be made within ten (10) calender days at all our auctions.
We accept payment with wire transfer and bank/credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Union Pay. Please notice that we do not accept cash. You can pay your invoice online with bank/credit card at My Pages or at our Client Service Centers in Uppsala and Stockholm. Please note that invoices exceeding SEK 250 000 can only be paid via wire transfer.
Please notice that a fee of 2.2% is charged when using credit cards for payment. Foreign bank and credit cards are charged with 2.5 %. We do not accept cash, American Express or Diners.

Collection at Important sales
All collection will be made at our premises at Nybrogatan 20 in Stockholm. Opening hours are weekdays 9 AM – 5 PM. Collection by car is preferably done between 9 AM – 11 AM when traffic is allowed on Nybrogatan. Lots are to be collected within ten (10) days after the sale.
The office at Nybrogatan 20 will be open for collection on Saturday the 17 December 11 AM – 3 PM.
Collection at Decorative sales
Collection can only be made at our office at Magasin 1 in Stockholm. All purchases must be collected within ten (10) days after auction. After ten (10) days a storage fee of SEK 50 per lot (SEK 100 for furniture and large items) and day is chargeable.
We do not provide an in-house shipping service, but if you wish to order transport, we recommend these transport companies. Please notice that your payment from your invoice must have reached our bank before collection can be made. At My pages you can see if we have received your payment.
