Claes Moser’s collection of art by
Uppsala Auktionskammare has the pleasure of presenting Claes Moser’s exciting collection of art by female artists. The collection includes over 100 works of art and is the result of over 40 years of collecting, and many of the works presented in this auction have been exhibited at several museums in recent years. The female artists represented in this auction sought new ways of artistic expression and in order to succeed as female artists, they were many times forced to take greater risks than their male colleagues. Siri Derkert, Gabriele Münter, Antonina F. Sofronova, Mollie Faustman, Vera Nilsson and Tora Vega Holmström are just a few of the many artists represented in this fascinating collection.
The art works will be on view at our office at Nybrogatan 20 in Stockholm, between 11-16 April 2018.
Opening hours: Weekdays 10 am – 5 pm, Weekend 11 am – 5 pm.

The auction will be held 16 April at 6 pm at out head office in Uppsala.
