Applied Arts

The department of applied arts includes several types of objects from many different countries and periods. The concept of applied arts thus includes objects such as; chandeliers, globes, table clocks, hanging lamps, candlesticks, table lamps, figurines and objects made in porphyry, bronze, pewter, and others. Most of the objects that occur in the market are from the Renaissance until the late 19th century.

Uppsala Auktionskammare has in recent years had several successful sales of objects of great importance. In the spring of 2016 the sale of objects from the Swedish fondeur-ciseleur Fredrik Ludving Rung draw great interest resulting in record prices for the artist.
