The modern prints department has an international market. Practically all modern prints of higher value are made
by international artists like Chagall, Miró, Picasso, Warhol, Braque, Lichtenstein and Hockney. There are a number of factors that decide if a modern print will reach a high price: - It should be signed and numbered (edition mark); - It should be as unspoiled as possible. It is important that the sheet is not bleached and that it does not have any handling creases or foxing; - The hinge and framing should be correct.
